Applying for the space to perform animal experimentation

　If animals are taken away from the Animal Facility for animal experiments, an application/report has to be filed regarding the space the experiment will be performed.

Animal experimentation laboratory application

　If you wish to do experiments with animals not from the Animal Facility (from other laboratories), you must apply and file a report listing the laboratory or space as "the laboratory where the experiments will be performed".

Animal experimentation facility application

　If animals are under care for more than 48 hours outside the Animal Facility (other laboratories, etc.), the laboratory where animals will be under care must be applied for and reported as an "animal experimentation facility".

Report of termination of use of laboratory or Animal Facility

　The applied for/reported laboratories or animal facilities mentioned above also require a report to be filed when they are no longer to be used.
