Submission of Animal Experiment Cancellation / Completion Report


　When the animal experiments which have been approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee are completed, please report the results obtained from the experiment and why the experiment has been terminated.



Report preparation

　Use this file ( Word ) to prepare your report.
　If an experiment is to continue beyond the end of an academic year, a report must be prepared and submitted at the end of each year.



Report submission

　Please submit your prepared report to the Animal Care and Use Committee secretariat.
