Application for usage registration


　Researchers who wish to use the Animal Facility, must register for usage in advance.

　In order to regulate pathogenic microorganisms, there must be a legitimately registered users at either the Main Bldg. or the New Bldg..
　See this page for the various features of the Main Bldg. and the New Bldg. and in your application, check the building you'd like to use.

Application form

　Fill out the necessary fields in the application form and submit to the control room of the Main bldg. or the New Bldg. (whichever building you wish to use.


Usage registration fee

　For each researcher who wishes to register usage of the Animal facility, a usage registration fee of 30,000 JPY must be paid to the Animal Facility.
　An invoice will be sent once every few months at the same time as an invoice for animal care costs.


Facility usage certificate no.

　After usage registration has been completed, each researcher will be provided with a Facility usage certificate no.
　This facility usage certificate no. will be necessary when ordering animals.
